- What an Estimated Annual Usage for this part?
- It is helpful to know if your EAU is established or estimated for a part that has not yet launched.
- Do you expect the EAU to be spread throughout the year, concentrated seasonally, or project-by-project?
- Do you have a drawing or a 3D print available?
- Ideally, we’d like to have a pdf and an STP file.
- We’d also like to have a sample of this part if it has already been produced previously.
- Do you have a tool for this part, or would this be a new tooling investment?
- If you have a tool, would you consider transferring the tool?
- Is there a target price you can provide us?
- We will always present our competitive quotes, but target prices can be helpful for quick feedback if we expect to be significantly above the target. If we think we can be competitive, we will pass the quote to the Engineering team for a more thorough analysis.
- What problem are you trying to solve?
- Some of our customers need help developing a new product or are looking to improve the total cost.
- Others have concerns about quality, lead time, delivery, or the long-term stability of their customers. This is always helpful to know, so we can give you good feedback if we are well-positioned to meet your most pressing needs.
