Deco Products Company of Decorah has hired Michael Suarez as the HR Recruiter. Michael is replacing Eric Smedsrud who recently accepted a position as a Sales Project Manager for Deco.
Michael is from La Quinta, CA and came to Decorah to attend Luther College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and was a member of the wrestling team. Prior to accepting the position at Deco, Michael was the Assistant Wrestling Coach for Luther College and worked for Decorah Builders.
Suarez is excited about his new role as the HR Recruiter and says, “I can’t wait to start building and expanding our team here at Deco. The culture is outstanding and I’m excited to meet new people.”
Suarez will be responsible with recruiting for all positions at Deco Products through community outreach and continuing building long lasting relationships with local high schools and colleges.
