Meet Jordan Thompson our Quote Specialist, here at Deco Products a zinc die cast manufacturer. Prior to taking the role as a Quote Specialist, Jordan was the Marketing and Sales Intern at Deco.
Jordan grew up in New Market, Alabama with his parents and six siblings. He came to Decorah, Iowa four years ago when he continued his education at Luther College. He graduated from Luther in the spring of 2021 with a degree in Management.
Thompson started his career at Deco Products as the Marketing and Sales Intern in May of 2021 and continued in this position until the Quote Specialist position opened in the middle of June. He interviewed and accepted the position at the end of June.
Thompson will be responsible for finding Deco’s costs to produce particular parts. He will also help come up with prices to offer to customers and their requests for all parts, both common-made parts and very particular, specialized parts.
