Deco Products is proud to announce a new walkthrough video, highlighting our 151,000 square foot facility! Deco Products is the largest stand-alone zinc die cast manufacturer in North America. Deco Products has operated as a zinc die cast manufacturer in the same location since 1960. We operate 24/5 and have the capabilities for zinc die casting, powder-coating, and assembly operations all under one roof. Deco has a continuous improvement culture adding automation and robotics into the current manufacturing environment.
Deco Products employs 200+ non-union employees split between three shifts. Zinc die casting is the focus of our production and is our expertise as a business. Our secondary operations, powder-coating and assembly, see about 20% of zinc parts after the zinc die casting process and operate on our first and second shifts. All three of these production departments are supported by a quality assurance team that operates on all three shifts.
By conduction all operation under one roof, we are able to have quick lead times and controlled and consistent production. When we experience any unexpected events, we can react quickly and in unison to solve all issues and ensure reliability for our customers. In addition to our reliability, we are financially stable and strong with a history of controlled growth and dedication to long-term relationships with our customers.
