Deco Products has been a part of the Decorah community for many years. Through those years, Deco Products has been able to create partnerships and sponsorships with numerous organizations, such as Luther College, NICC (Northeast Iowa Community College), and Decorah Parks & Rec, Decorah Bike Trails.
Deco Products invests into both Luther College and NICC through academia and extracurricular activities. Academically, Deco Products offers scholarships for students to both Luther College and NICC. Students currently attending or plan on attending either school can find scholarship information presented on the Deco website, located here. Our interns from both schools make a big impact at Deco Products. Internships at Deco are hands on and impactful in working toward the strategic vision and day to day operations of the business. Different departments that utilize interns are: sales and marketing, supply chain, accounting, continuous improvement, maintenance, and process engineering.
Additionally, Deco Products has invested in many of the Decorah community projects. Some of these projects consist of the construction of the Oneota Co-op Gazebo, Dunning’s Spring Stone Arch Bridge, and the Trout Run Trial Bridge.
