Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily Troubleshooting and maintenance of robotic work-cells
- Implementation of new robotic work-cells
- Industrial System Troubleshooting including:
- Electrical Panels, Relays, PLC’s
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Cylinders, Valves, Pumps
- Mechanical Equipment, Gears, Dies, CNC Mills, Lathes
- Improve the uptime of Deco’s existing robotic systems
- Improve the quality and efficiency other automation equipment at Deco Products
- 3D CAD Design
- Reading and interpretation of technical drawings
- CNC programming for production efficiencies
- PLC programming for machine/process control
- Implement process controls to reduce process variation
Job Qualifications:
- Must have strong mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with robotic systems in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial controls is preferred
- A “can-do” attitude
- The ability to work well with others
