Job Details

Position Objective

This position is responsible for all recruiting, onboarding, data entry and reporting, employee activities and events.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  2. Coordinate career fair recruitment at technical schools, colleges, and community job fairs
  3. Manage various advertising and recruitment in local newspapers, Indeed, etc.
  4. On-board and train new employees
  5. Implement company culture, values, and policies
  6. Provide management with requested reports and documents
  7. Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  8. Accurately maintain employee files
  9. Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. 4-year degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred or equivalent direct experience in Human Resources, recruiting or other related fields.
  2. Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  3. Ability to build rapport with all employees
  4. Strong organizational skills
  5. Self Starter
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Payroll and HRIS systems
