Company and Job Information:
Deco Products is a full-service zinc die-caster that offers precision zinc die-castings to customers globally. We utilize custom designed hot-chambered die-casting machines to offer competitive and quality products.
Deco is currently hiring Die Cast Trip Press Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Trim Press Operators are an integral part of the team at Deco, and are responsible for a variety of tasks including operating manual and automatic manufacturing equipment, assembling parts, and conducting work following proper procedures.
2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (M-F)
3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 9:00 am (M-Th)
This is a fast-paced, busy position. Standing for up to 8 hours per shift is required, as is the ability to bend over consistently and lift up to 50 lbs.
Job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Degate and trim parts according to instructions. Including hanging, boxing, buffing, assembly, and tapping various parts
- Using tools and lifting or moving production parts
- Remove excess material from parts either manually or with the help of a machine
- Maintaining clean work area and following proper documentation
- Other duties as assigned
